Ingredients
- 1 bunch of grapes, red or green
- 2 apples/pears
- 2 figs
- 4 celery sticks
- 2 fennel bulbs
- A handful of pickles (cornichons, pickled onions or gherkins)
- 250g/7oz Ivy’s Reserve Vintage Cheddar, sliced
- A handful of dried fruit (apricots, figs)
- A handful of nuts (walnuts, almonds)
- Marinated olives
- 1 jar of chutney/jam
- Baguette
Instructions
- Put your Ivy’s Reserve in the centre of the board.
- Arrange the crackers and baguette around the cheese.
- Add the fruit and vegetables. You can try slicing some of these into wedges and different shapes for extra style.
- Add a handful of dried fruit and nuts along with the pickles, chutney and olives.
- Tuck in and enjoy!
